The mixed-use KEPCO Cultural Center was designed to be a public oasis in the midst of a hectic urban environment. Outside, it offers abundant open space, enhanced with fountains and water sculptures. Inside is an interactive exhibition about the wonders of electric power, complete with a working power substation. In addition, the Center contains other educational facilities and exhibition areas, a museum, concert hall, and conference center - as well as KEPCO offices.
