This is a major redevelopment on a prominent and legendary triangular site near the City Hall in Seoul, Korea. It is situated on an historic road that serves as a major axis for the city. The design honors the tradition and significance of the site, re-establishes that axis, and visually connects two major mountains. This landmark project includes 1.2 million SF of office space, 600,000 SF of residential space and 400,000 SF of retail space.
